1.  Do I need an appointment when I come in for Service?

For body shop, glass repair or replacement, full maintenance, and repair work, we do recommend appointments.  No appointment is needed for Markley's Express Service--it is first come first serve in the service drive.
2.  How does your courtesy transportation service work?

We offer a morning courtesy shuttle at 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 a.m.  In the afternoons at 1:00, 2:00, 3:30, and 4:30 pm.  We also offer a shuttle to Loveland and Windsor areas at 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  If your vehicle is in the shop overnight we offer courtesy transportation loaner vehicles while available. We only have a few select Courtesy Transportation vehicles at each location and are on a pre-reserved basis only. Please ask your Service Representative about availability and to reserve your Courtesy Transportation vehicle ahead of time.
3.  Can I make a service appointment on the Internet?

Yes, just click the schedule service now link on the side of this page, choose which service department you are looking for, and set your day and time online.  A service representative will confirm your appointment.
4.  How do I reserve a low cost rental car?

We will assist you in reserving a rental car from Enterprised Rent-A-Car at our dealer pricing.
5.  What is a New Car Clinic?

New car clinics are held periodically to provide customers information that will help make the ownership of your new vehicle be an enjoyable one.  We invite you to tour our Service and Parts areas in order for you to become better acquainted with our entire dealership staff.  Afterward we will have a Question and Answer session.

To ensure convenient service, Markley Motors service hours are Monday-Friday
7 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  We also offer pickup and delivery for customers that are within a five mile radius.
