OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
The Markley Motors 90th Anniversary Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Markley Motors, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at:
3401 S College Ave / 3325 South College Ave
Fort Collins, CO 80525
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on September 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
All eligible entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be considered.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Colorado who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, managers, owners, agents, and representatives of Markley Motors, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional partners, are not eligible to participate.
Void outside Colorado and where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or lease transaction will not increase an entrant's chance of winning.
5. How to Enter
Entrants may participate through one of the following methods:
Online Entry:
Visit the official Sweepstakes webpage and complete the online entry form with all required information.
In-Store Entry:
Scan an official Markley Motors Sweepstakes QR code displayed at participating Markley Motors locations and complete the entry form.
OR
Ask a Markley Motors representative for a paper entry form in-store.
Alternative Method of Entry (Mail-In):
Handwrite the following information on a sheet of paper:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026 and received by October 3, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries beyond the stated limit may be disqualified.
Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to circumvent entry limitations is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
The verified winner may select one (1) of the following prize options:
Option 1 – Vehicle Lease Credit
A Twelve Thousand Dollar ($12,000) lease credit toward a qualifying new vehicle lease through Markley Motors, subject to lender approval, vehicle availability, and standard lease requirements.
The credit may be applied as a capitalized cost reduction or payment credit toward an approved lease agreement.
Option 2 – Cash Prize
Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) awarded via check.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $10,000.
7. Prize Conditions
If the winner selects the Vehicle Lease Credit option:
- Winner must qualify for lease financing through an approved lender.
- Credit is intended for use on a 24- or 36-month lease structure.
- Vehicle availability may vary.
- Credit may not exceed the total value of the lease transaction.
- Any amounts exceeding the credit value are solely the responsibility of the winner.
- Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration fees, title fees, insurance costs, documentation fees, licensing fees, maintenance costs, and any other expenses not expressly included.
If the winner selects the Cash Prize option:
- Prize payment will be issued approximately thirty (30) days after winner verification and completion of required documentation.
Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 5, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted via telephone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and any tax documentation requested by Sponsor.
Failure to respond within seven (7) calendar days after attempted notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify a potential winner.
10. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
An IRS Form 1099 may be issued to the winner for the reportable value of the prize as required by law.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, city of residence, and statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation.
12. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Markley Motors, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and promotional partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.
14. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices and applicable law.
Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
15. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, mail a written request to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
