A recent carcheck indicated our car’s bakes were in the warning zone. We made an appointment to have the brakes replaced and tires rotated at Markley Motors. A review of our brakes by Markley indicated we had thousands of miles to go before our brakes needed to be replaced. Markley rotated the tires, washed our car, and explained what to look for when we would need to replace brakes. Markley did not charge us for this service appointment, tire rotation, or car wash! We were very impressed!

When looking for a different vehicle, new or used, Markley's web site is the first place I go. They always seem to have what I'm looking for. Their service department seems to be top notch also. I've been fortunate to not need any major repairs, just oil changes and a new battery but they always get me in and out very quickly. The dealership is also very clean, no junk and clutter. Every member of the staff that I've dealt with is friendly and very helpful.
The service department is what I am rating a 5. I cannot attest to anything else. I took my Ridgeline in for a recall replacement of the passenger side airbag. The was done and done in a timely manner. The professionalism by all involved was exceptional, with a special shut out to Nick. Nick took me though the inspection check that they do as a courtesy and explained what needed to be done. He was aware that I generally have my work done elsewhere, but with the attention to detail and the options offered, I might reconsider at some point. The coffee and cookies are always a hit!
